I am a Florida Notary Public and Florida Online Notary. All documents electronically notarized are considered original in accordance with Florida Law. Please be advised that not all States accept electronic notarizations from Notaries not physically located in a specific State. Before booking a Virtual Notarization, please confirm with the recipient of the notarized documents prior to signing and/or submission that a Florida Notary Public is able to accommodate an electronic notarization.  

As the Florida Notary Public, I am not responsible for contents of the documents.  However, it is my responsibility to ensure the Signer has read and understands the documents, and that the Signer is competent to sign.  If the Signer has unanswered questions about the documents or its effects, as the Florida Notary Public, I cannot move forward with a notarization.  It will be at my discretion, as the Florida Notary Public, to decide whether or not to proceed with a notarization.
